- Skin the mandarin segments as much as possible, then finely chop.
- Gently fold in the chopped mandarin oranges and sugar-free chocolate.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes. This allows the oats to absorb the moisture from the tofu, making the dough firmer and easier to handle.
- Lightly coat your hands with oil to prevent sticking. Use a "fold and stack" motion (folding the dough over itself) to bring it together into a cohesive mass.
- Shape the dough and cut it into your desired pieces (wedges or rectangles).
- Place the pieces on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
