Oatmeal Banana Matcha Apple Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Banana
  • 84 g Oatmeal Flour
  • 1 tsp Matcha
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 60 g Apple
  • 1 tbsp Slivered almonds

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Whisk in the egg, then stir in the matcha powder, oats, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until the color is a consistent green.
  2. Fold in the chopped apple pieces (keep the skin on for extra color and fiber!).
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin or muffin liners.
  4. Sprinkle the top with slivered almonds for a nice crunch.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
