Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Sweet potato Steamed and pealed
  • 1 Egg
  • 85 g Oatmeal Powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 40 tbsp Dates Chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease or line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the steamed sweet potato in a bowl and mash until smooth.
  3. Add the oats, egg, dates, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until firm and golden.
