Sweet potato Miso Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 150 Sweet potato
  • 100 Oatmeal
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Miso
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Method
 

  1. Peel the steamed sweet potato and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, egg, miso paste, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the miso is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray or tin.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts over the top for extra crunch.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
