- Peel the steamed sweet potato and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the oats, egg, miso paste, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the miso is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray or tin.
- Sprinkle walnuts over the top for extra crunch.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
