- Take the steamed sweet potato (skin removed) and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the egg, oats, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a baking tin and smooth the surface.
- Crush your favorite nuts and sprinkle them over the top to your liking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
