Method
- Chop the steamed sweet potato into small pieces without peeling it.
- Mash the potato pieces in a bowl. Add the oatmeal, cocoa powder, grated ginger, and your choice of sweetener. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 5 pieces).
- Toaster Oven or Oven: Bake at 180–200°C for about 10 minutes.
