Method
- In a large bowl, mash the tofu and banana together until smooth.
- Add the oats and baking powder to the bowl and mix well.
- Using ground black sesame, gently fold them into the batter. Give it a quick, light stir so it's just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin. For a nice finish, arrange banana slices (from half a banana) on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
