Vegan Tofu Black Sesame Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 150 g Tofu
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Ground Black Sesame
  • 100 g Banana
Optional
  • 1 Banana Slices

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mash the tofu and banana together until smooth.
  2. Add the oats and baking powder to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Using ground black sesame, gently fold them into the batter. Give it a quick, light stir so it's just combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking tin. For a nice finish, arrange banana slices (from half a banana) on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
