Vegan Tofu Peanuts Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Tofu
  • 100 g Oatmeal
  • 100 g Banana
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Nuts Butter
Optional
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and tofu together until they are smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the oats, baking powder, and nut butter. Stir everything together until the mixture is uniform.
  3. Pour the batter into a baking tray. For extra crunch, sprinkle some crushed peanuts over the top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
