Vegan Tofu Peanuts Butter Banana Muffins

- In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and tofu together until they are smooth and well combined.
- Add the oats, baking powder, and nut butter. Stir everything together until the mixture is uniform.
- Pour the batter into a baking tray. For extra crunch, sprinkle some crushed peanuts over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
